Overall, it is terrific! It compares very well with Liquid IV but with all the advantages the CBD adds. Liquid IV may have a slight flavor advantage since they offer so many different flavors (some not that good, though). Still, my new go-to for hydration and electrolyte replenishment is LifeStyleMD.
