What I like about Lifestyle products vs. others currently on the market is the broad range of attributes and profiles; they have a hydration solution for every element of my day, from getting up in the morning, to settling down in the evening… they even have products to help me get a great night’s sleep! I finally had a chance to try both flavors, and I tried a SleepMD with CBD. The SleepMD was excellent; I was out like a light…much like when I take melatonin, but without the lingering drowsiness I sometimes experience the morning after taking melatonin.
